What to Expect:
A top of the line hitting lab equipped with HitTrax technology providing real-time feedback on every swing. Athletes will see detailed metrics such as exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and spray charts, allowing them to track progress and make immediate adjustments.
Individual athletes can work on mechanics, timing, and power at their own pace, while teams can run structured hitting sessions that simulate game situations and competition.
